By accessing Linspac, creating an account, or using its features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the platform.

Linspac is a digital opportunities discovery platform that helps users identify opportunities in areas including:

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not create an account using another person's identity, submit fraudulent information, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.

Linspac aims to make opportunities easier to discover and may use automated tools, artificial intelligence, and other processes to collect, classify, summarize, or organize listings.

Although we may undertake verification and quality-control measures, we cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, current, authentic, or still open.

Users should independently verify:

• The identity and legitimacy of the opportunity provider.
• Eligibility criteria and application deadlines.
• Funding amounts, benefits, fees, and other conditions.
• Application procedures and official submission links.

Linspac does not guarantee that a user will obtain a job, scholarship, grant, contract, admission, fellowship, or other benefit.

Linspac may provide AI-powered recommendations based on profile information, user preferences, eligibility criteria, and opportunity details.

Recommendations are decision-support tools and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. A match score is an estimate of relevance, not a guarantee of eligibility or success.

Users remain responsible for reviewing the original opportunity requirements and making their own application decisions.

Linspac may provide free and paid features. Available access, pricing, category limits, subscription periods, and promotional arrangements will be displayed on the platform or communicated before purchase.

Paid services may include access to selected opportunity categories, extended browsing, premium recommendations, or other features.

Before purchasing, users should review the applicable price, duration, access conditions, and renewal terms.

Where paid subscriptions are available:

• Users must pay the displayed price through an authorized payment method.
• Access will be provided according to the purchased plan and the platform's applicable conditions.
• Subscription duration, expiry, renewal, and cancellation rules will be disclosed at the relevant point of purchase.
• Users should retain transaction confirmations and contact support regarding failed or duplicate payments.
• Refund requests will be assessed under the refund policy disclosed at purchase and applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or other remedy required by law.

Linspac will not request your mobile-money PIN or other secret payment credentials through ordinary support communications.

Linspac may introduce rewards points or promotional programmes that allow eligible users to earn points through specified activities, such as sharing opportunities or completing platform tasks.

Where offered, the platform will display the applicable earning rules, conversion values, redemption conditions, expiry rules, and eligible subscription benefits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Points are promotional benefits, not cash or electronic money.
• Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Points may only be redeemed for benefits authorized by Linspac.
• Fraudulent activity, automated manipulation, or abuse of a rewards programme may result in the cancellation of improperly earned points.

We may amend or discontinue a rewards programme subject to applicable law and any accrued contractual rights.

You agree not to:

• Use Linspac for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract platform content in violation of applicable law or our rights.
• Publish false information or impersonate another person or organization.
• Abuse rewards, subscriptions, referral systems, or access restrictions.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action where justified.

Unless otherwise indicated, Linspac's branding, logos, original platform design, software, original written content, and other proprietary materials belong to Linspac or its respective licensors.

You may use opportunity information for personal, educational, professional, and other lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and the rights of the original content owners.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and opportunity descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Linspac does not necessarily imply endorsement or partnership.

Linspac may provide links to external websites for further details or applications.

External websites are independently operated and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and security practices. Linspac does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or actions, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users should exercise caution before paying fees, sharing personal information, or submitting documents to external organizations.

We aim to maintain reliable access to Linspac but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, technical, security, or business reasons, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats, abuse, material breaches of these Terms, or legal requirements.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will notify the affected user and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Users may stop using Linspac and request account closure through the available account settings or by contacting support. Certain records may be retained where legally required or otherwise lawfully justified.

Linspac is an opportunity discovery and information service. It does not make final recruitment, admission, funding, procurement, or award decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, Linspac does not warrant that all information is complete, that external opportunities will remain available, or that users will achieve particular outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Linspac will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on opportunity information, third-party conduct, or temporary service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights or liability for fraud where exclusion is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising directly from your unlawful use of Linspac, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Linspac for losses caused by Linspac's own unlawful conduct or for liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.

Your use of Linspac is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in that policy and in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
